TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following general conditions govern sales contracts for non-perishable food products and objects or books in accordance with the legislation in force in France between the company Bora Bora Sea Salt France registered in France, and its customers .
These general conditions of sale are applicable at the time of the order. They may be modified without notice and will be those applicable to any new order.

VALIDATION OF THE OFFER
Validation of the order form implies full and unreserved acceptance by the customer of these General Conditions, which alone are applicable at the time of the order.
The data recorded by boraboraseasalt.com constitutes proof of all transactions by epicesdumonde.com and its customers.
The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
The Bora Bora Sea Salt France company reserves the right not to register a payment, therefore not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever: problem with the order received, problem of supply of one or more products, foreseeable problem in relation to the delivery to be made, technical problem...
The customer will be informed by telephone, post, fax or email.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE OFFER
Boraboraseasalt.com offers products packaged in specific packaging for each reference: sachets, canvas bags, glass jars, for example. The offers on the site are neither definitive nor permanent and are valid during their presence on the site.
The photos on the site as well as the texts and descriptions of the products are not contractual.
The offers are valid in metropolitan France and in certain countries of the European zone. For all other destinations, contact us
DURATION AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
The offers are valid within the limit of available stocks and for certain products during specific periods known as seasonal (for example Christmas tea). A particular mention indicates it in the description of the product.
If, in a compound box, an item should be missing, boraboraseasalt.com will replace it with an equivalent or superior item.
In other cases, boraboraseasalt.com notifies its customers by telephone, mail, fax or email in order to make them an equivalent or superior proposal. The replacement of the missing product will be made after acceptance by the customer. The customer may also request the cancellation of his order and his reimbursement.
The prices of each product are net, in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. They are subject to revision at any time and without notice.
The articles are invoiced in euros on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time of the order.
The final price of the order includes the price of the products with VAT, handling, packaging and transport costs.
The minimum order is set at 8 € TTC.
An invoice will be attached to any order.
The regulations are set by the European Union.
Orders are payable only in euros. The minimum payment is set at 8 € TTC.
We have chosen the 2Checkout system for secure payment. After validating the order, the customer enters his credit card number and expiry date on the 2Checkout secure payment server.
The payment server generates an automatic authorization request from the bank card group. The authorization granted is sent to you in the form of a confirmation or "payment ticket" containing the information of the transaction (N°, amount, date, trade number) and the authorization received, then is sent to Boraboraseasalt.com for information and processing. The order is then prepared and shipped.
At no time does Boraboraseasalt.com know the customer's credit card number and cannot store it in memory. You can use one of the following payment cards:
EUROCARD/MASTERCARD, VISA, CB.
In accordance with Law No. 80335 of May 12, 1980, the goods shipped remain the property of the company Bora Bora Sea Salt France until full payment.
Shipping costs are free for all orders over €100 including tax for mainland France.
For any lower order, a fixed contribution between 4.90 € and 7€ including tax is requested for processing and shipping.
For the countries listed below (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands), shipping costs are free for all orders over 150 € including tax. For any lower order, a fixed contribution of 10 to 22 € including tax is requested for processing and shipping.
For the countries listed below (England, Spain, Italy, Switzerland), shipping costs are free for all orders over €150 including tax. For any lower order, a fixed contribution of 11 to 23 € including tax is requested for processing and shipping.
For the countries listed below (Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal), shipping costs are free for all orders over €150 including tax. For any lower order, a fixed contribution of 13 to 25 € including tax is requested for processing and shipping.
For the countries listed below (Hungary, Iceland, Norway, Sweden), shipping costs are free for all orders over €150 including tax. For any lower order, a fixed contribution of 16 to 28 € including tax is requested for processing and shipping.
TIME AND DELIVERY
The order is processed upon receipt as soon as possible (orders received before 11 a.m. leave the same day). All orders validated on Friday after 11 a.m., on Saturday and Sunday will only be processed the following Monday.
As soon as the payment is validated, we will confirm it to you by email. Delivery is then provided within 48 hours by the Colissimo Suivi service of La Poste for mainland France and within 3 to 8 days for other European countries. The times indicated are those usually observed and are given as an indication and cannot be considered as contractual.
In order for the delivery to take place as soon as possible, it is mandatory to indicate the name and telephone number of the recipient. It is recommended not to send a parcel to a post office box or to a poste restante.
Our responsibility will not be engaged by a delay in delivery which would have for cause an origin or a case of force majeure beyond our control such as: strike, shortage, fire, storm, flood, earthquake, war, interruption of transport...
As soon as the order is handed over to the postal agent or the carrier, Bora Bora Sea Salt France cannot be held responsible for delivery times or any deterioration of the products in the event of late collection or non-removal of said products by the buyer. Exceeding delivery times cannot give rise to deductions, damages or cancellation of an order in progress.
However, if the order has not been delivered or found within 30 days, we will offer you either a new deadline or to cancel your order and/or refund it.
Upon delivery, it is up to the buyer to carry out all the exterior and interior checks of the package(s), to make any specific reservations on the carrier's receipt and to report it in writing within 3 days by registered mail to La Poste or the carrier. We would be grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible so that we can help you in your efforts.
All our products are guaranteed and have been subject to all the care necessary for their conformity.
You have 14 clear days from delivery of the order to return the product in its original packaging (unopened, undamaged, unscratched, untorn) for exchange or refund, without penalty, except return costs and imperatively using the return coupon which was enclosed in the package and after informing us. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
Boraboraseasalt.com undertakes, once the order has been accepted and paid for, to deliver the requested items to the customer within the time indicated.
The customer agrees to provide Boraboraseasalt.com with a specific address where delivery can be made on working days and hours.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
The products delivered to the postal services or to the carrier are in conformity and under our responsibility as to compliance with French regulations, the only ones on which the company Bora Bora Sea Salt France depends.
After shipment, any product exposed to heat, light and humidity or damaged for any other reason cannot be guaranteed by Bora Bora Sea Salt France. It is recommended to keep these products in a dry, cool place, away from light and tightly closed. The transfer of risks on the products takes place as soon as the products are handed over to the postal agent or the carrier.
The buyer is solely responsible for the choice of products, their conservation and their use from the day of delivery.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
The customer can make a complaint by email to email@example.com or by mail to the address of the head office.
Any order placed entails the customer's acceptance, without any restriction, of the Boraboraseasalt.com general conditions of sale.
In case of disagreement, the parties undertake, before any legal action, to settle the dispute amicably.
Sales are governed by French law. Our documents are drawn up in French.
In the event of a dispute, the customer may enter the court of his choice.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We take care to protect all the data that you entrust to us in order to be able to process your orders. This data is intended solely for boraboraseasalt.com and is in no way sold, given, transferred or exchanged.
Under Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to access, rectify and delete data that you have communicated to us. To exercise this right, simply contact us by email, telephone, fax or mail.
