This flavoured salt delivers the taste of the South Sea taking you on a trip to Polynesia. It is a perfect match between the delicacy of salt and the sweetness of the coconut. It is versatile, delicious, and it also contains a great quantity of vitamin B, fibres, and kalium.
The coconut for our salt is hand grated in Bora Bora and dried under the pacific sun.
The sea salt is stored in a bag made of recycled plastic.

The coconut salt is extremely versatile and gives a nice taste to sweet and spicy dishes. It perfectly complements shortcrust pastry, carpaccio (for example, scallop carpaccio), or pumpkin soup.
