An association of two culinary jewels from French Polynesia, the finest vanilla from Tahiti and Bora Bora Sea Salt, that offers a fine, subtle, and incredibly perfumed salt.
The Tahitian Vanilla comes from the neighbour islans Tahaa and Raiatea, well known to have the best vanilla in the world. The vanilla beans are sundried and hand-massaged.
The sea salt is stored in a bag made of recycled plastic.
Our directions for using the salt:
It will enhance the flavours of fish and shellfish. Use it to salt and flavour pastries, creamy sauces, or certain vegetables such as squashes, courgettes, pumpkins, etc.
